A rather lovely young woman I once dated told me I was adorable.
I was quick to disavow her of this notion.
The burden of adorable is too great a yoke to put upon my shoulders.
I am even less a selfish, pugnatious rougue, but it would be my preference to be
known as such.
I prefer a low bar to a high one, for my feet need never leave the ground.
