A Magical Place

It was a magical world where no-one felt any pain.

One would never feel heart break.

One would never feel bumps and bruises

burns or scrapes.

Where one would never experience loss

or hardship, toil or frustration.

There was no such thing as humiliation

No such thing as hunger.

No such thing as betrayal or bitterness

No such thing as murder or disloyalty.

or the need to get even.

There was no disrespect.

There was no bigotry or misogyny .

It could also be observed that

no matter where you went in this magical

place all the churches where empty

and all the asylums where filled to overflowing.
