Thankfully, “ Having eyes in the back of one’s head” is purely a figure of speech.

Phonetically speaking it would be an absolute nightmare,

in that it would be  near impossible to talk behind peoples back.

The ensuing social backlash would savage relationships as we know them.

It would mean Jenny would no longer be able to talk behind her mother in laws back

and bitchy high school  sophomore girls would be verbally straight jacketed

There would be catastrophic deterioration in mental health in the wake of this

epidemic of uncensored truth.
